Every year CKDU hosts a massive Fundraiser to generate awareness and increase its presence in the community. This is a crucial function of the station - it raises a huge chunk of our annual budget.
The upcoming orientation on August 20 is a general meeting for all volunteers and programmers. It doesn't matter if you are a current member or new to the station - don't miss this meeting! This gathering will explain Funding Drive in detail, give you the opportunity to start thinking about the 10 day countdown, and connect with other programmers!
Mark your calendars! Thursday August 20, 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Team CKDU will also be hanging out at the Grawood afterwards for Trivia and conversation!
