Trello Launch - Mandatory for all Volunteers

Introducing Trello - An interactive hub for CKDU volunteers

Effective April 1st, 2016 the use of Trello will become MANDATORY for all CKDU volunteers

What is Trello? Trello is an easy to use, interactive online hub where CKDU volunteers will be able to sign up for training sessions, take on volunteer opportunities, sign up to DJ events, and more!

Trello will also be the new location for booking the PCR.

Why use Trello? Trello is a user-friendly, interactive, online interface for volunteers. Trello saves time by having everything in the same place.

CKDU is hosting two Trello Orientation Workshops - During the workshops we will help you set up your account and show you how to navigate the site.

WHERE: Dal SUB, Room 302
WHEN: Saturday, March 19, 2:00-3:30pm
             Wednesday, March 23, 6:00-7:30pm

NOTE: If you have access to a laptop, please bring it with you so that you can follow along. The presentation will still be helpful without a laptop so do not worry if you cannot bring one. We will be able to help individuals without laptops create their accounts at the end of each session.

Please RSVP to Piper@ckdu.ca, as space is limited!

If you are unable to attend either of these workshops but would like guidance in using Trello, contact Piper@ckdu.ca or Francesca@ckdu.ca to set up an additional training session.
