CKDU 88.1FM welcomes Pride Week! Pride activities kick started this past Sunday and will continue through until July 25th. The good weather is here so it is time to show your spirit at the variety of events this week has to offer! Halifax Pride Song Writer Circle, Queer Acts Theatre Festival, Harbour Cruises, Dance Parties, and of course the 23rd annual Pride Parade on Saturday July 24th!At CKDU we are proud of who we are! Make sure to listen to Halifax is Burning today from 6:30pm-7:30pm to hear Kat Graham's Pride specific show, "Halifax is Flaming". Nathan Boudreau the Communications Coordinator for Halifax Pride Week will be coming in for a chat, along with DJ Motlette who will provide some joyful tunes for us to groove to.
